PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and speedily fix a spacer concerning a hook for fixing a spinous process spacer for keeping expansion to vertically divided spinous processes by inserting the hook into between the spinous processes after vertically cutting and expanding the spinous process by arcus vertebrae forming operation by a vertical dividing method of spinous process of cervical vertebrae, which is the operation method of ossification disease of posterior longitudinal ligament of cervical vertebrae and cervical verbral myelopathy. SOLUTION: In the hook for fixing the spinous process spacer between vertically divided spinous processes, a stator for fixing the hook and the vertically divided spinous processes are positioned between both of them to fix the spinous process spacer.
