PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable toilet stool which can be stably placed even when it is placed with its seating surface inclined with respect to the floor. SOLUTION: Supporting legs 1 in a nearly rod teeth form in the sides of which grooves 11 in a comb teeth form are engraved and to the lower end of which a ground contact plate 2 is inclinably coupled are inserted in four corners of a toilet stool body 4 and are engaged in circular holes 42 on the peripheral walls of which protrusions 43 in a plate form to be engaged in lateral grooves 13 of the grooves 11 are provided.
