METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SOLID RUBBER TIRES

FIELD: manufacture of tires for vehicles of intraplant or hoisting-and-conveying applications. SUBSTANCE: method includes production of circular blank by winding of layers of definite thickness from various rubber grades by rubber bands of definite chemical composition; placing of blank into mold; molding of blank and curing. Curing process is conducted by stages. First, blank is cured at temperature equal to 0.65-0.78 the temperature of curing for 0.14-0.20 process time. Then blank is held at temperature equal to 0.86-0.97 of curing process temperature for 0.27-0.35 curing process time at pressure equal to 0.70-0.85 nominal value. Then process is carried out at temperature and pressure adopted for curing process. Ready article is removed after quenching of blank external surface. EFFECT: higher uniformly of rubber curing through depth of solid rubber tire.
