FIELD: medicine, biotechnology, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of preparing proteinases inhibitor from cattle organs. Method involves milling and homogenization of the parent raw, extraction in acid medium, mill cake separation and the following purification of end product by desalting from extract using sodium chloride, precipitation of inert proteins with trichloroacetic acid, cation- exchange chromatography, precipitation with acetone and sterilizing filtration of solution. After separation of mill cake chitosan is added to extract, cleared extract is concentrated by ultrafiltration in hollow fibers with passing limit 5 kDa. Eluate obtained after chromatography purification on carboxymethylcellulose is treated with 1% aqueous phenol, precipitate is removed and the end product is precipitated from supernatant with acetone twice followed by precipitate dissolving in 0.9 M sodium chloride solution up to concentration 0.9-1.1 mg/ml.
