SUBSTANCE: texturizer is prepared by means of successive extraction of biomass of Mortierella sarnyensis micromycete by nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition, water, alkali, water, acid, alkali and water with the following combination of the first extract with hard residue. EFFECT: simplified production of texturizer and broadened range of its application. |
