FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: ground fat, protein and carbohydrate components are mixed with water and mineral additive. After it, mixture is heated, homogenized, and pancreatin is introduced. The mixture is divided into two parts, one of which is subjected to fermentolysis. Both parts are dried, crushed, and mixed during introduction of preparation produced by means of successive extraction of biomass of Pythium onsidiosum micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water with the following combination of the first extract with hard residue, and reduced by water before using. EFFECT: increased quality of final product. |
