FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves evaluating active antibody production in blood sample, making contact of sample aliquot with solid phase under conditions promoting antibody production and their issuing by lymphocytes, determining antibody binding to given antigen(s) on solid phase and comparing the said antibody binding in the presence or absence of protein synthesis inhibitor with the purpose of determining active antibody production quantity in response to given antigen(s). The method is also modified to be usable for evaluating active production of nonspecific infection indicators as response to infection target antigen.
