FIELD: environment protection; decontamination of water area from radioactive and toxic wastes and their re-disposal. SUBSTANCE: toral tank made for the purpose has its inner diameter comparable with size of container to be re-disposed and is provided with ballast-water outlet ports. In addition toral tank is equipped over perimeter with cable-and winch mechanisms, cables being passed in relatively perpendicular directions to form bottom. Toral tank is conveyed over water surface to container point of location, filled with ballast water, immersed in water, and locked in position opposite to container. Then container is loaded, lifted onto water surface, and conveyed to disposal area. EFFECT: facilitated lifting of container with radioactive and toxic materials from water area bottom; enhanced safety of disposal procedures. 6 dwg |
