FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves treating liver with pulsating magnetic field of 1.32 mTesla units intensity, 75 Hz frequency applied to liver area for 5-10 min during 20 sessions. An additional treatment with magnetic field of 0.3 Tesla units intensity, 50 Hz frequency is applied for 15-30 min during 5-10 sessions. Device has principle magnetic field sources arranged at an angle of 120 deg equidistantly from the disk center and an additional magnetic field source. The magnetic field sources are enclosed into protection casing having an opening. The magnetic field sources have permanent magnets and magnetic conductor lines. The protection casing is manufactured from magnetically impermeable material and its end portion is manufactured from magnetically permeable material. The permanent magnets are manufactured from rare-earth materials. The principle magnets are angularly movable. The additional magnet is mounted at 90 deg to the driving unit axis.
