FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: composite pin-contact receptacle has insulating shroud with relatively perpendicular first and second walls and beam. First wall of shroud has slit accommodating pin contact. Second wall of shroud is made for elastic deformation; it is passed along first elongated edge of slit and has wedge-shaped projection abutting against protruding parts of pin contact bulge. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture and assembly; reduced requirements to flexibility of contact material. 9 cl, 8 dwg
