FIELD: medicine, dermatology. SUBSTANCE: invention describes application of one or more acid alkylfumarates of the general formula (I): where R means C1-C5-alkyl mixed if necessary with dialkyl-fumarates of the formula (II): and, possibly, with conventional pharmaceutical accessory agents and carriers for preparing pharmaceutical preparative form as microtablets or microgranules. Proposed acid fumarates are used for treatment of psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, neurodermitis and chronic cicatrizing enteritis. Microtablets and microgranules are distributed in stomach uniformly.
