FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out transplantation and medicament electrophoresis. Ximedon as 0.1% aqueous or isotonic solution is used as the medicament. Electrophoresis is administered for 15 min up to 20 days long in pre- and postoperative period directly to injured tissue area and to donor area. The positive electrode is placed proximal with respect to the injured tissue place and to donor area along the basic nerve trunk innervating the area.
