FIELD: wind-power engineering; conversion of air stream energy into electric current. SUBSTANCE: windmill-electric generator has vanes, current generator, support, and reduction unit; novelty is that generator vanes are arranged in the form of gas-dynamic cascade and installed on two enclosed concentric loops, one loop being mounted on alignment rollers and other one, on reinforced rollers; reinforced layer is made of material noted for high friction coefficient; alignment and reinforced rollers are mounted on supports; reinforced rollers are coupled through mechanical transmission to electric generator; in addition wind flow boosters are installed on external side of gas-dynamic cascade.
