FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: after grinding and mixing of fat, protein and carbohydrate components, mineral and enzyme additives and preparation are introduced in the process of homogenization. Said preparation is produced by means of successive extraction of biomass of Mortierella beljakovae micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water with the following combination of the first extract and hard residue. Before using, said mixture is reduced by water. EFFECT: increased quality of final product not separated into layers at reduction.
