FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation, drying and grinding of fat, protein and carbohydrate components. Said components are mixed, and in the process of homogenization, introduced are water and mineral additives and preparation produced by means of successive extraction of biomass of Mortierella nantahalensis micromycete with nonpolar extracting agent under above-critical condition, water, alkali, water, acid, water, alkali and water with the following combination of the first extract with hard residue. The preparation is introduced in amount of 0.5% by mass. Before using, nutritious mixture is reduced by water. The method excludes syneresis of fats in the process of storage life and separating into layers of reduced mixture. Introduction of preparation from biomass of Mortierella nantahalensis micromycete enriches the mixture composition with vitamins of F group and food fibers. EFFECT: increased balance of mixture composition.
