FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, oil pressing industry. SUBSTANCE: press has working chamber with succession of sections including charging section with internal cylindrical surface and charging window, sections provided with impermeable walls, and extracting sections. Two interconnected auger shafts are arranged in parallel with one another in working chamber and provided with alternatively positioned augers and grinding heads, which are offset with respect to one another so as to form helical channel. Charging section is equipped with channels positioned on its internal cylindrical surface and defining in conjunction with auger surfaces channels. Depth of channels positioned under charging window is equal to half the section of seeds under process. Depth of subsequent channels is reducing toward impermeable wall sections. Heating members of impermeable wall sections have different radiation intensities. Heating member of maximum radiation intensity is positioned on impermeable wall section adjoining to charging section. Radiation intensity of other heating members is reducing as they recede from charging section. EFFECT: increased efficiency in oil extraction from oil seeds and provision for obtaining optimal process temperature mode. 3 cl, 4 dwg |
