Anticomedones composition is uniformly distributed in carrier and comprises effective amounts of at least two active components selected from at least two groups of different active components including keratolytic agents, anti-irritants, antiseptic agents, antimicrobial agents, hormones, hormone agonists, hormone antagonists, and other agents suitable for comedo therapy. Plaster-type device does not produce adverse effect due to restricted penetration of composition into system blood current.
