FIELD: hydraulic system of machines and equipment. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has cylindrical housing with channels, and cylindrical disk in which through channel with triangular inlet space is formed. Through channel changes into outlet hole made for alignment with channels in housing when cylindrical disk is being turned. Said disk is provided with two sector channels to return working liquid getting out of working member into drain system. Device is furnished with pressure relief valve connected with drain channel of housing and releasing excess pressure from working member to drain system. Triangular-shape inlet space extends to center of disk. EFFECT: improved reliability of control. 4 dwg
