The like flap is cut out from the anterior fascia leaflet with parietal peritoneum. The cut out flaps are rotated about the longitudinal axis and are sutured with the inferior boundaries making stepladder structure. The inferior pole of the kidney is placed into the stepladder structure. The kidney is attached to the stepladder structure through inferior pole capsule.
