摘要 FIELD: confectionery industry, particularly, production of chewing gum. SUBSTANCE: chewing gum is a flexible base of chewing gum which mass includes a filler inclusion. The filler is liquid or viscous food product with more than 15% content of moisture which is enclosed in an envelope from other food product not dissolved in it and selected from group: caramelized sugar, chocolate, honey, gelatin. The envelope prevents contact of filler with mass of flexible base of chewing gum and has thickness of more than 0.1 mm. Mass of flexible base of chewing gum contains, as minimum, one inclusion of the filler. Liquid food product may be in the form of low- or strong-alcoholic drink. Taste given to flexible base may not coincide with taste of liquid or viscous food product - filler. Chewing gum may have a spherical form. In other cases, chewing gum has the form of food product, and in this case, taste of flexible base of chewing gum coincides with taste of said food product. Invention provides preparation of stable structure of chewing gum with a liquid or viscous filler containing more than 15% of moisture, for example, alcoholic beverages, using only flexible base of chewing gum without introduction of other water-soluble ingredients of chewing gum.
