SOLUTION: This system is constituted of a host device a installed in the center of a financial institute, a storage device connected to the host device for storing registered data in which the identifier of the portable terminal of a customer is registered, an automatic transaction device connected to the host device for carrying out automatic transaction with the customer, and a portable terminal connectable via a communication line with the host device for fetching picture information. The customer inputs his or her intention not to use his or her customer card to the automatic transaction device, and the personal information of the customer and the identifier of the automatic transaction device are inputted via the communication line such as the Internet by the portable terminal, and the personal confirmation of the customer is carried from the input and the registered data of the customer. |
