PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shop management system which can be used, even at a shop where a cable communication line is not laid, by using a portable telephone set. SOLUTION: The shop management system is provided with the portable telephone set 2 connectable to the Internet 3 and is used on at the shop side and a server 1 which is communication enabled the portable telephone set 2 via the Internet 3. The server 1 is provided with a means of transmitting the input image of ordering data, including an ordering quantity for ordering articles required in the shop to a supplier, to the portable telephone set 2, and a first ordering means preparing first ordering information for ordering the articles to the supplier, on the basis of the ordering data received from the portable telephone set 2 and outputting it. |
