SOLUTION: The information provider 102 opens information to be provided for the user to obtain the profit open on the Internet while adding a property indicating service contents. When the user 106 accesses the service contents through an ISP 104, the ISP 104 after discriminating the service contents generates and stores return points to the user 106 in a point storage device 115.
