<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone gas monitoring apparatus for preventing the concentration of ozone from rising in a building where an ozone generating apparatus is installed and ozone from leaking to the atmosphere. SOLUTION: This ozone gas monitoring apparatus 2 is provided with a duct 3 for discharging the air in the building 1 to the outside, an ozone gas treating unit 5 for decomposing ozone by using activated carbon, or the like, while the air in the building is circulated, an ozone concentration measuring instrument 8 for measuring the concentration of the ozone in the building and a controller 9 for issuing an alarm, stopping the operation of the ozone generating apparatus 2 and starting the unit 5 when the concentration of the ozone detected by the instrument 8 exceeds a first monitor value set to be around 0.1 ppm and furthermore closing the duct 3 when the concentration of the ozone exceeds a second monitor value set to be around 1 ppm.</p> |
