<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable that a movable substrate is restored to more than a flat state by inflating the movable substrate largely toward the outside by injecting a gas in case a flexible glass substrate is used as the movable substrate even if it is greatly dented into the inside by the flexibility in its manufacturing process, and enable that a switch stroke is homogenized by pressurizing plural places by a constant pressure. SOLUTION: After inflating the movable substrate 2 to the outside by injecting nitrogen gas N<2> from the opening, the switch stroke in which both resistor films 3, 4 are contacted is homogenized by pressurizing the plural points of a touch panel by the constant pressure by using a tension gauge, a UV curing resin is coated on the opening part, and made to be cured by UV radiation and the sealing is made. Therefore, an appropriate amount of nitrogen gas N<2> remains in the touch panel, the both resistor films 3, 4 are protected from oxidation, moisture-resistance is maintained, and the superior touch panel is provided.</p> |
