PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a pullout claw and a driving cylinder two-dimensionally for application to a small-aperture manhole. SOLUTION: This pullout device is provided with the pullout claw 3 capable of engaging with structural bodies M1 and M2 in the manhole M upper part, a projection/retraction driving part 21 horizontally projecting/retracting the pullout claw 3 between a projection position, in which it engages with the structural bodies M1 and M2, and a retraction position, in which it is retracted from the structural bodies M1 and M2, and a pullout driving part 5 pulling out the pullout claw 3 engaging with the structural bodies M1 and M2. The projection/retraction driving part 21 is provided with a driving cylinder 22 extending/shrinking in the vertical direction and an interlocking mechanism 23 converting vertical driving force by the driving cylinder 22 into horizontal one for projecting/retracting the pullout claw 3.
