PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shock testing apparatus, by which the shock resistance of a roller bearing as a single body can be evaluated precisely. SOLUTION: The shock testing apparatus has a fixation base 1, to which the outer ring G of the roller bearing J, is attached and a shock-receiving member 2, to which its inner ring N is attached. In addition, the apparatus has a head 3, which is arranged in the upper part of the member 2 as a shock giving member used to give a shock to the member 2, an arm 4 to one end of which the head 3 is fixed and a support member 5, which shaft-supports the central part in the lengthwise direction of the arm 4.
