PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for preventing damage of a concrete lining plate, stopping its movements in longitudinal and transverse directions, and quickly installing it on a receiving girder. SOLUTION: Cracking of concrete is prevented by attaching protective tools on corners of the concrete lining plate, and the lining plate can be positively and quickly installed by providing a cutout corresponding to a shape of a fixture stopping the movements in the longitudinal and transverse directions on the lining plate.
