NYLON HOLLOW MULTIFILAMENT YARN AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nylon hollow multifilament yarn having a small single filament fineness of <=2.5 dtex and a high hollowness and capable of affording a lightweight fabric suitable for sportswears having excellent heat retaining properties. SOLUTION: This nylon hollow multifilament yarn comprises a thermoplastic polyamide resin and each single filament has four hollow parts through bridged parts in the cross-sectional shape of the filament, 5-30% hollowness and <=2.5 dtex fineness.
