PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communications equipment where the command of pages is enabled from a sending side, and a control method of the communications equipment. SOLUTION: The communications equipment is provided with an image- storing part 108 which records information to be transmitted to the sending side, by each contents and records page data of the information; and a control unit 101 which receives information request from the sending side, receives necessary page data from the sending side in the case that the information to be transmitted to the sending side has been stored in the image storing part 108, and retrieves necessary page data from page data stored in the image storing part 108. Only the page of necessary page data out of information corresponding to the information request received from the sending side is transmitted to the sending side.
