PURPOSE: Cutting line structure for the formation of a cut piece of a soft packing container with a spout is provided to stably protect a cutting line of the cut piece serving to protect a mouth portion and to improve an air tight property of the container. CONSTITUTION: The soft packing container(100) made of at least one layered film is formed with a mouth portion protecting cut piece sectionalized by a cutting line adapted to receive a spout(200) at one side. The spout is formed such a manner that the cutting line is located over a part of the upper side of its adhesive portion(201), so that the adhesive portion is attached together with a film surface of the cutting line.
