PURPOSE: An output device of a liquid container such as bottle or can having a rubber plug is provided by forming the device integrated with the rubber plug not to forge the device and to easily blend contents in the liquid bottle with that in another one. CONSTITUTION: The output device(100) comprises an adhesion portion(101) to be attached to a liquid container(200), an opening portion(102) having a constant length at upper part of the adhesion portion(101) and a cutting piece(104) having a folding line(105) at upper part of an inner discharging hole(103). A soft rubber plug(110) is mounted inside the opening portion(102). At lower part of the adhesion portion(101), a discharge guide portion(106) is mounted. The output device is used by removing the cutting piece(104) and punching the rubber plug(110) with a needle.
