PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft sealing device capable of easily following displacement of the axial or radial direction of a rotating equipment body. SOLUTION: This shaft sealing device is provided with a fastening structure 10 for fastening a sealing device 18 to the rotating equipment body 17 by being inserted into a flange 13 of the sealing device 18. The fastening structure 10 has a structure in which a fastening nut 12 is screwed onto a screw shaft part 11 inserted into an insertion hole 15 provided on the flange 13 of the sealing device 18, a spring coil 14 is fitted and inserted into the screw shaft part 11 between the flange 13 and the fastening nut 12, and a sliding member 20 is arranged in a contact part between the flange 13 and the spring coil 14, to easily follow shaft displacement. |
