METHOD FOR STABILIZING DUST COLLECTION OF BAG FILTER TYPE IN LOADING VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing a bag filter type dust collection of a loading vehicle, capable of operating stably for a long period without reinforcing the power of the dust-correcting machinery. SOLUTION: This method for stabilizing the bag filter type dust collection of the loading vehicle is characterized by removing clogs such as wet coals generated on the bag-filtering cloth width a dry dust-collecting treatment by partially flowing in a hot powdery dust-containing gas collected by a guide dust-collecting machine or a CDQ dust-collecting machine, in collecting the dust generated on loading raw material coals into each of carbonizing chambers from a coal-loading vehicle transported over the coke oven by using the bag filter type dust-collecting machine in the loading vehicle from an air-sucking hood connecting port through a duct line.
