PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flywheel magnet rotor with which the operation for correcting unbalance of a flywheel is facilitated. SOLUTION: The flywheel magnet rotor is provided with the flywheel 1, whose cylindrical portion 1a is open at one end and closed with a bottom plate 1b at the other end. Permanent magnets 3 are installed on the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 1a, and a reluctor 4A, in a form of projection, is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 1a. An unbalance correcting portion 5A is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 1a, in an area with the projected reluctor 4A by cutting part of the wall thickness from the surface of the cylindrical portion 1a at a position, shifted from the position of the reluctor 4a.
