PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a disk device which makes positioning servo control possible by such a stable action that an actuator is not affected by the friction force based on static friction by keeping a kinetic friction state at all times without using a mechanical means. SOLUTION: The center of a disk 11 and the center of a motor shaft 34 align to each other and servo information is written to a deformed track 36 existing on a position displaced in the radial direction of the disk 11 by as much as the amount of the displacement changing according to the position on the circumference from the circumference around the center of the disk 11. The disk 11 has a plurality of the deformed tracks concentrically arranged.
