PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently suppress vibration propagation between a drive shaft 6 and a driven shaft 7, to suppress change of rigidity in the torsion direction during transmission of a rotating force, and to stably provide a desired power transmission characteristic, in a flat plate elastic shaft coupling 10 disposed between shafts 6 and 7 for interconnecting both shafts 6 and 7. SOLUTION: A pair of mounting bolts 15 and 16 are disposed at each end of both shafts 6 and 7, the mounting bolts 15 and 16 are alternately positioned on the same circumference about the axial line X, and a resin made core body 21 having a thin connecting part 24 for connecting adjacent cylindrical parts 22 and 23 and a body member 18 are molded integrally. Thin sleeves 27 and 28 are disposed integrally with the body member 18 on the inner peripheral side of the cylindrical parts 22 and 23. Pipe members 25 and 26 interconnected by inserting the mounting bolts 15 and 16 are inserted into the thin sleeves 27 and 28.
