PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve locking effect of a fastener. SOLUTION: A flange part 6 formed in a substantially frustum shape with a diametral dimension of an outer circumference formed larger than a nut body 5 is provided on one end part of the nut body 5. An elastic deformation part 9 with a thickness of a portion between an elastic deformation part side conical face 14 and an outer circumferential face 18 formed thinly is provided in a diametral one side of the flange part 6, and a rigid part 10 with a thickness of a portion between a rigid part side conical face 15 and the outer circumferential face 18 formed thicker than the elastic deformation part 9 is provided in another side. A bolt 2 is inclined toward an elastic deformation part 9 side by elastic deformation of the elastic deformation part 9 by a fastening load occurring when the nut body 5 and the bolt 2 are screwed together.
