PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor where the correction of a density sensor is accurately performed and an image of appropriate density is stably outputted by controlling the density of a photoreceptor regarded as the reference of a density control to obtain intermediate density necessary to accurately control the density, to provide an image forming device and a process cartridge for the image forming device capable of stably outputting an image of good quality by using the electrophotographic photoreceptor, and to provide a method for manufacturing the electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of easily controlling the surface density of the electrophotographic photoreceptor to obtain the intermediate density. SOLUTION: As for the electrophotographic photoreceptor provided with at least an undercoat layer constituted of binding resin and particulates and a photoreceptive layer and formed on a conductive supporting body, the supporting body is an aluminum tube having a roughened surface, and the irregular reflectance of the photoreceptor surface is 50 to 60% for light in a wavelength region of 800 to 1300 nm. |
