PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage individual power consumption and power charge of each electric machinery and apparatus used in each home or in each enterprise. SOLUTION: All slave apparatuses 1 installed corresponding to a plurality of electric machineries and apparatuses are connected in common to a master apparatus 2 by two conductors 7, and the master apparatus 2 is connected to a server 3 by a telephone line 6. The master apparatus 2 integrates data from various kinds of set slave apparatuses 1 to the slave apparatuses 1, and performs connection to the server 3 and transfer of data. The slave apparatuses 1 measure the power consumption of the electric machinery and apparatus. The master apparatus 2 performs connection to the slave apparatuses 1, transmission of a request from the master apparatus 2, and negotiation with the slave apparatuses 1. The server 3 is equipped with a database for registering data of the power consumption received from the master apparatus 2, and holding a user ID, contract information with a power company, and an electricity rate. |
