PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cast-reduced ventilation system for a gas phase part in a water storage tank which is not corroded even when corrosive gas generating chemicals are used. SOLUTION: A second slide tube 16 expandable in a vertical direction is installed on a ceiling surface 11 of the water storage tank 10. A gas discharge port 17 and a second float member 18 are installed at a lower part of the second slide tube 16. The second float member 18 is floated on a stored water surface 21 for discharging gas, so that convective corrosive gas in the gas phase part in the water storage tank 10 is discharged to the external. Corrosion of the water storage tank 10 by the corrosive gas in the gas phase part can thus be prevented.
