摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic electroconductive film exhibiting high adhesive force to a polyimide and ITO (tinindium oxide). SOLUTION: This anisotropic electroconductive film is obtained by forming an adhesive resin composition in which electroconductive particles are dispersed into a film. In the film, the adhesive resin composition is composed of a thermosetting resin composition containing a polyester unsaturated compound, a methacrylate phosphate and a melamine-based resin.
