PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of providing the clinical diagnosing service. SOLUTION: The method of providing the clinical diagnosing service is provided. This method includes a stage for collecting biological samples, a stage for analyzing the biological sample to determine a composition of a genetic material of the biological sample, its behavior or at least a part of protein, a stage for reporting a result of the analysis (for example, to a medical care provider), and a stage for taking the information obtained by the analysis, in the analysis of the follow-on biological sample. The information obtained from the analysis can be taken in the follow-on analysis, for example, by using the information to improve the algorithm of the used information product or a database component, or can be used to improve the reliability in statistical analysis. The database system and a device to execute this method, are similarly provided.
