PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal measurement method for an orthogonal frequency division multiplex(OFDM) signal, that can compensate the signal and estimate the multiplex propagation path characteristics by using demodulated data from a phase modulation signal, even when receiving the phase modulated signal such as the DQPSK-OFDM or the like, which does not include a scattered pilot, and to provide a signal processing method for employing the measurement method. SOLUTION: Fourier transform is applied to a received signal to obtain a signal, corresponding to a position of a signal space diagram, phase fluctuation compensation is applied to the signal, and compensating the phase shift between carriers of the received signal, after phase fluctuation compensation, estimates a transmission symbol. Further, a transfer function is obtained, by using the estimated transmission symbol and a received symbol, and a complex delay profile is obtained from the transfer function. In this case, applying a processing operation corresponding to the phase shift can make the time resolution enhanced.
