PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlock device of a sliding door capable of solving such a problem that the conventional interlocking device of the sliding door takes time for work in the case of execution and that adjusting work is troublesome after the execution. SOLUTION: Fixed racks 1 and 1' are fixed to fixed parts 2 and 2' such as a building, a rail or the like, pinions 4 and 4' engaged with the fixed racks 1 and 1' are pivoted 5 on the upper parts of door shutting sides of sliding doors 3 and 7 in a rotatable manner, and, one end of operating racks 6 and 6' is pivoted 8 on the upper parts of sliding doors 7 and 7' parallel with the sliding doors 3 and 7 in a movable manner, and the other end is mounted on a tie member 9 in a state to engage with the pinions 4 and 4' in a detachable manner.
