PURPOSE: A foldaway reading stand is provided to allow a user to comfortably read a book in any position with lying down such as lying on his back or lying on his side or leaning against pillow. CONSTITUTION: The foldaway reading stand includes a upper plate(1) and four legs(2). The upper plate(1) has the four legs(2), and each leg(2) has a flexible upper node(6) and a lower node(7) which are connected by a joint, and the upper plate(1) is connected to the upper part of the leg(2) by a joint.
