PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which is capable of generating a stable corona discharge together with a corona discharge electrode and divided into printed boards which hardly produce a creeping discharge. SOLUTION: This laminate 10 is equipped with conductive members (13 and 15), insulating members (12, 14, and 16), and protective members (11 and 17). The insulating members (12, 14, and 16) are flat and cover the surfaces of the conductive members (13 and 15), and holes 121 for viaholes are bored in the insulating members (12, 14, and 16) so as to reach the conductive members (13 and 15). The protective members (11 and 17) are flat and conductive, cover the main surfaces of the insulating members (12, 14, and 16) where the holes 121 are bored, and are equipped with openings 111 in regions where the holes 121 are bored. |
