PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection board mounting device that can be downsized, through setting of the shape of which the sound directivity characteristic can simply be controlled and cause no sound leakage from its rear side and to provide its mounting method. SOLUTION: Reflection boards 8L, 8R are pivotally and removably fitted to rear plates 7L, 7R of speaker systems 10L, 10R having speaker openings 4L, 4R toward the rear face.
