PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor finishing member and a warm water pipe unit for warm water type floor heating floor capable of being securely effectively laid without a consideration for contraction and expansion of the warm water pipe following a change in temperature. SOLUTION: A warm water type heating panel 1 comprises a warm water pipe unit 20 formed by fixedly mounting a warm water pipe 21 formed into a predetermined pipe pattern on a base member sheet 22 placed on a floor base 10, and a floor finishing member 30 laid on the floor base 10 to cover the warm water pipe unit 20 and having a pipe containing groove for containing the warm water pipe 21 formed in the back. The pipe containing groove for a sticking starting side U turn panel laid on one U turn portion of the warm water pipe 21 in the warm water pipe unit 20 is set to a minimum in its width while the pipe containing groove for a sticking end side U turn panel laid to cover the other U turn portion of the warm water pipe 21 is set larger in its width.
