PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for signature collation and a program which can accurately and efficiently decide whether an input image is genuine while taking its deformation into consideration. SOLUTION: A deformation-corrected image generation part 107 generates a deformation-corrected image according to corresponding points that a corresponding point determination part 106 determines, a matching rate computation part 108 finds the rate of matching between the deformation-corrected image and a reference image, and a non-deformation computation part 109 finds a non-deformation rate and controls whether feedback is provided according to the non-deformation rate; when the feedback is provided, a matching value computation part 110 finds a matching value (matching rate×non-deformation rate) and a display processing part 111 compares the matching value with a specific threshold and regards the signature as true when the matching value is larger than the threshold, thereby displaying the deformation-corrected image and reference image one over the other.
